Ken took a lot of shots trying to capture the condors. It was hard for him to see them at all. Sometimes it was not clear to him if it was the bird, or its shadow, that he was seeing. In this shot, he got both. In the upper left thirds intersection both the bird (above) and it’s shadow (below) can be seen.
